Dr. Deepti Ranjan Majhi

Dr. Majhi, a Gold Medallist in Structural Engineering, is the CEO of SSRAS Safety and Risk Services Pvt. Ltd. He holds a PhD from IIT Roorkee and completed postdoctoral research at IIT Bombay.
With over 13 years of experience, his work spans structural dynamics, earthquake-resistant design, retrofitting, and health monitoring. At SSRAS, he leads research in structural reliability, safety audits, and seismic risk analysis.
Dr. Shweta Bajaj

Dr. Shweta Bajaj is a skilled seismologist and catastrophe modeler with a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee. She specializes in seismic hazard assessment, earthquake recurrence modeling, and risk analysis.
With experience at Moody’s RMS, Aon, and IIT Roorkee, she now works as Project Manager at SSRAS. Her work focuses on disaster risk mitigation and strengthening infrastructure resilience in the Himalayan region.
